What if the pilot doesn't work out?
If we miss the written scope, you get a refund. The pilot exists so both sides know what the full build actually needs before committing.
What happens to the Build Plan if we don't continue?
You keep it. It's a complete, buildable document - hand it to any developer or build it in-house. If we do build, the plan fee is credited in full.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes, a support retainer with named response times, scoped to what you need. Month-to-month, and not required to keep what we built running.
Do you work outside Azure?
Azure is our primary stack. AWS work is available on request, but it's not something we actively market.
How fast can we start?
We're limited to 1-2 new builds a month. Plan slots stay open, so the Architecture & Build Plan can usually start within a week.
Is there a contract?
Yes, a simple scope-and-payment agreement before any work starts. No surprises, no fine print.
